Supporting reintegration of over 18yr olds back into the Community who are seeking to engage in employment after their recent release from prison. Support also encompasses the clients Whanau.

This free 12 month support programme offers:

• to support client's transition back into the Community
• linkage to support Agencies
• reconnecting clients back into Community networks
• assisting clients with Crown agencies including Police, Justice, Probation, Work & Income etc
• identify positive pathways with clients to sustain employment
• employment support
• personal/whanau goal setting
