A career spanning 20 plus years in public service and community development fields, Tracey established Nga Kete Matauranga Pounamu Charitable Trust in 2000, a non profit organisation to engage strongly from a kaupapa Maori paradigm as a service provider.

My role at NKMP is to ensure that the organisation continues to respond efficiently and effectively to client needs, that new developments add value to our overall service delivery, that staff are well supported to succeed and that the Service performs and is accountable to all stakeholders.
